Newberg Girls Headed to State Race

WOW! Only two years since the program started and the Newberg Girls Varsity team is headed to state (Taylor T, Clara, Corin, Kate, & Taylor M.). What a huge accomplishment for the team to qualify for the state meet in Bend this year. The Newberg girls finished the season in 5th Place for Metro League. Senior Clara Finished 5th in the league for Giant Slalom and 2nd for Slalom and Sophomore Corin Hartnell finishing 11th for Giant Slalom and 4th for Slalom. Way to go girls!!!
